The Role A role that puts you at the forefront of major shutdowns, maintenance programs, and project work. Warrikal is expanding fast, and we’re looking for experienced Rope Access Supervisors with S26 who are ready to start immediately and grow their leadership impact. As a Rope Access Supervisor, you’ll lead your team to deliver safe, efficient, and high‑quality results. You’ll champion compliance, safety, and professionalism while coaching and developing your crew to grow alongside you. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage rope access teams to deliver project goals Liaise with clients and managers to provide expert recommendations Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work programs Ensure crews are resourced and safety standards are met Conduct pre-start meetings and reinforce HSE obligations Monitor and implement IRATA safety requirements and risk assessments Inspect and maintain equipment, withdrawing unsafe gear when necessary Report incidents, near misses, and ensure IRATA qualifications are upheld Manage personnel, tooling, equipment, and materials throughout works Complete work-packs, work orders, and daily attendance records Promote a positive culture and mentor Level 1–2 Technicians for progression About You Full Australian Working Rights Construction White Card Relevant Australian recognised trade qualification Level 2-3 IRATA Certificate (valid) and logbook of work within last six months Australian Driver’s Licence (C Class) Working at Heights Certificate (valid) Enter and Work in Confined Spaces Certificate (valid) High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) Current First Aid Certificate S26 Compliant Experience in Iron Ore Extensive knowledge in advanced rigging and rescue techniques Experience supervising rope access teams Strong communication skills, work ethic and a positive attitude Why Warrikal Competitive payment rates Learn from experienced professionals dedicated to your success Access to career pathways within Warrikal Recognition and ongoing leadership opportunities Ability to self-manage workload through our App How To Apply To apply for the role, click on the 'Apply' button.
